FI(A) - Pilot Ratings

Flight Instructor (Aeroplane) FI(A) has the right to conduct training for the purpose of obtaining a pilot license. This means the ability to do the practical flight training in an aircraft or a simulator but also the theoretical training in a classroom.

The more experience you have, the more privileges and ratings you gain. With time you will be able to:

- send student pilots on solo flights

- train commercial pilots

- become an instructor for the multi-engine class airplanes - CRI(A) or an instrument rating instructor - IRI(A)

The flight instructor flight hours are logged as Pilot-in-Command hours, these are highly appreciated by the airlines!
